Don't Waste Your Time Learning Music Theory

In the world of music, there are many methodologies to learning to play music. There is the "self taught" approach where one would learn a few chords by looking at a chord chart or a method book and then continue to learn that way by themselves. Another approach would be the "watch YouTube" approach which is where you look up either lessons or how to play certain songs. And still another would be to learn from online lessons. One other approach would be to learn in private lessons whether this be at a school of music or just in a private studio.
