Important Policies 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For private students only: If you must cancel a lesson that you have scheduled, you must notify us at least 2 hours before the lesson time. If the lesson is cancelled, the student will not be refunded for that lesson, the lesson will just roll over to the next week at no extra cost. If we are not notified of cancellation before the 2 hours, there will be no roll over to the next week, the student will lose that lesson with no refund.

For Guitar Collective Members: If you have scheduled a lesson in the app but want to cancel, please notify us at least 1 hour before the lesson as a courtesy to our instructors. 

SCHEDULING POLICY FOR GUITAR COLLECTIVE MEMBERS​

All Guitar Collective students need to schedule their lesson times in the app at least 2 hours BEFORE their lesson time begins to allow the instructor to travel to the lesson site if necessary. 

​

If a lesson is scheduled less than 2 hours before, the instructor will not be attending the lesson and you must pick a new lesson time that is at least 2 hours out. 

REFUND POLICY

Everyone gets the first lesson free in order to make sure it is a good fit for you. This refund policy is for anyone who has made a purchase of lessons or goods. 

​

For all students: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must not have used any of your lesson for the month. Once you attend your first paid lesson, you can not get a refund for the month. 

​

For guitar collective students: If you want to cancel your membership (automatic payments), contact us at least 3 days before your payment is scheduled. If you forget to cancel, we will allow a one-time refund. But no more than one. 

​

If you ordered merchandise or a physical product and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund. You must pay for return shipping. Contact us at joshua@gracenoteguitars.com within 30 days if you need to return an item.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

​

Customers who make a purchase of physical product will be given a invoice within 24 hours of their purchase. The item will be processed within 2 days. If the product is sold out then the customer will be notified of the estimated arrival time.
